Never ever order steak from Franky and Bennys unless you want it overcooked – the chefs are obviously not skilled enough to cook a steak well.

People are always say that Frankie and Bennys is no good, but I have good food here with my cousin. Service is very nice from the young men and the food is very good and sometimes spicy and the burgers. I am sorry for my eglis but keep the good work up Frankies.

One time I ate there with a friend. Service was quite slow, but the food was quite nice. But the night after we went, we both vomited during the night so something was wrong with the food. Not sure if I will go back again.

We have lived here for nearly two years and found this place agreeable when we arrived. The food was fine, service slow but acceptable and they are geared up for kids.

Unfortunately the last two or three times we’ve been its been utterly dismal. Food is complete rubbish. Dry ribs, drier chicken, stale tasting veg and as for the service – its like they’re bringing the food and drinks from South Africa.

We sat for 20 mins without a drink! Then waited the same time for pasta that was overcooked, with a sauce that any Lloyd Grossman jar would have crucified.

Something has gone seriously wrong there over the last 8-9 months, and I will never, ever go back.
