Excellent place, wonderful friendly people who are extremely attentive and charming, and the food is delicious, with so much to choose from and a very diverse menu.

The best Thai in Tunbridge Wells. I have eaten here on several ooccasions and have never been disapointed with the food or service..

If you have never ventured this far up Camden Road. It is time you did,

    I love this place!
    Great food
Attention to detail on the presentation of food
    Very reasonable prices
I have been frequenting this place since it opened and have been over 10 times; for my large birthday bash they set out the rear part of the restraunt just for me and my guests!!!
I am going again this December with my work colleagues for the second time as the last time they were so impressed.
Do not read the negative comment on this website – “my wife couldn’t stand the cold any longer” – what a load of …. I have never been cold in there as it has a relatively open kitchen affair going on.
I recommend the dumplings and the weeping tiger (steak)
ten amazing stars out of ten!!

I always really enjoy the food here, whether take away or eat in. The owners are so warm and friendly and really look after you. They even recognised me on my bike and waved hello in town!! Really recomend this lovely little restaurant.

We had a table of four on a saturday night, sitting at the back of the restuarant. The service was good and staff were very friendly. Starters were basic and not too impressive, but main were all made from stratch and very tasty. The price of the meal was good value. We were drinking wine till late even after other customers had gone but yet no pressure on us to leave directly after finishing our meal. Will visit again.

    Nice welcome and O.K. food.
Manager came around twice and asked how everything was (take note Senor Franco, Hotel du Vin and most other T.W. restaurants!)
Why do the staff whisper? We had to ask them to repeat everything twice before we could hear them. SPEAK UP, girls.
Why was the manager wearing brown casual clothes, one waitress Thai style clothing and the other one all in black?
Too much decorative but uneatable food on the plate

    VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

My wife and I booked into The Preedee after it was recommended by a couple of friends. First of all the restaurant was cold and lacked any kind of atmosphere even though it was very busy. The srvice was slow and eventually after my wife couldn’t stand the cold any longer, we decided to leave.

The manageress/owner was quite rude and abrupt when we told her that we wished to settle our bill and didn’t want our main course. She then inferred that it was only my wife that was cold at which point my wife pointed out to her that pretty much everyone in the restaurant was dressed for winter wearing thick jumpers and coats!

Definately wouldn’t dream of going there again.

My wife surprised me with my birthday at this joint.

    Cons – small
    – Unlike major franchise thai square i.e. lacking
    glamorous thai decor
    – small portion of Tom Yum

    Pros – Excellent service
    – Good value for money
    – Good value alcohol
    – Good birthday ability
    – Great Panang

I will continue to visit regularly because they are lovely as is their menu.

I will not criticise a joint like this with such a personal service.

Your must try this Restaurant. Went here with two others tonight and was met with fantastic service and wonderful food.

Succulent spare ribs, great Panang Curry the best Mussamun dish I have ever had.

Service was very good indeed. Best Thai in Tunbridge Wells.

I love this restaurant, it’s small and the food is excellent, much better than the other thai in TW. Lovely staff, had a fantastic time, have been there five times and have never been disappointed. Food is fresh and wonderful.

Really good food and friendly service. The standard of cooking is remarkably consistent. It is great to be able to rely on a restaurant not to let you down.

Wonderful freshly produced food back by exquisite service. Has to be one of the best Thai restaurants anywhere. Have been on several occasions, none of which have raised any disappointment amongst us and our guests. Very tasty vegetarian dishes [good tofu]. Best not to tell too many people about this place!
